Day 21
Exercise 1: Jumping Lunges [20 Reps Each Leg]
Keep one of your legs back and kneel on the other one. Now push both your legs up in the air and alternate them. While you are alternating or switching your legs, do move one step forward.
Exercise 2: Squat To Knee Tuck [20 Reps]
Stand straight above the ground and then sit halfway down. Now jump up in the air and your knees to your chest. When your knees touch your upper body, then grab them for a split second and then stand straight above the ground.
Exercise 3: Side Squats [20 Reps Each Side]
Instead of doing a squat looking in front, turn sideways; take one leg sideways and then halfway down to sit. Once you have reached through halfway posture, then stand up and join both of your legs together. Take another step sideways and continue the exercise. Also, alternate your legs once you have completed 20 repetitions on one side.
Exercise 4: One Leg Hop [20 Reps Each Leg]
Fold one of your legs upwards while you are standing straight. Jump forward with the other leg. Once you have jumped 20 times with one leg then alternate your legs and repeat the same exercise.
Exercise 5: Cross Leg Jumping Jacks [20 Reps Each Leg]
Jumping jacks are done by jumping in the air and then keeping your legs wide apart from each other. At the same time, you also have to clap your hands above your head. When your hands are coming down, then you have to also bring your legs close to each other. Jumping jacks are done in repetitive motion and without stopping in between.
Similarly, cross leg jumping jacks are done. Once you have widened your legs after a jump, then you have to bring both legs back together so that one is ahead of the other. Repeat the same exercise but alternate the position of both of your legs.
