The Actual Weight Loss Guide For Women: If you are a woman who is particularly struggling with all the meal plans, workouts & routines, and still not being able to reach your fitness goals, then probably you are doing something wrong. However, you can put an end to this problem by following only three basic steps.
The Actual Weight Loss Guide For Women
Step 1: Do Breathing Exercise Every Morning
First and foremost, we need to clear the thoughts in your mind early in the morning. To do so, you only need to do basic breathing exercise as soon as you wake up. Just inhale air and then exhale it. Try to relax or calm your mind and specifically your thoughts. Focus only on your inhaling and exhaling. Leave all the rest aside.
Now that you are calm or relaxed, your mind won't focus on anything that you don't want to focus upon. Therefore, your entire day will go smooth like anything. After finishing the basic exercise you will not only feel relaxed but also more energetic than usual. This is the basic effect of relaxing your mind anywhere you want to relax.
Now move on to Step 2 or directly skip to step 3. But if you do so, your progress will be delayed. No other harm apart from this.
Step 2: Do Planks OR Hardcore Workouts Every Day
Since you are already relaxed, you should now focus on the time and exercises you can within it. Therefore, if you are a working woman and have only a few minutes like 10 or less, then do only planks. Manage the time limit of your front and side planks in accordance of your time. If it's a holiday or if you are on leave and just want to relax, a few minutes of planks would only benefit you and do no harm.
Just in case you want to speed up your process of losing actual body fat or finish your obesity, then you can either
- Create your own workout and "follow it religiously"
- Follow my workout plan religiously
- Follow someone else's workout plan, again religiously
Step 3: Drink Warm Water 30 Minutes Before Your Meals
Yes, its true drinking water will lower your desire to eat more and it will also help you pull down a few grams. But, the real effect of warm water/green tea/black coffee only comes along with the above two steps. Following only third step will definitely help you lose weight but in a very long run, that too if you follow it on each and/or every day.
